Shipping Policy

At Jaquet Health & Safety, we aim to ensure your products are delivered safely and in a timely manner. This policy explains how shipping works for both custom-made and universal hearing protection products.
1. Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via Australia Post with tracking. Tracking numbers are available on request.
At your request, an alternative courier service may be arranged. Additional costs may apply.
Overseas orders may have different pricing and delivery timeframes.
2. Shipping Costs
Standard shipping rates apply at checkout.
Surcharges may apply for rural, remote, or regional destinations, as determined by the courier.
3. Shipping Times
Universal (ready-fit) products: Shipped as soon as possible, subject to stock availability.
Custom-made products: Typically shipped within 1–3 weeks after your ear impressions are received by the manufacturer.
Please note: Custom products are uniquely manufactured and exact turnaround times cannot be guaranteed. In some cases, production may take longer to ensure the best possible fit and quality.
4. Shipping Responsibility
Once goods leave the manufacturer’s premises, they are the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure secure delivery.
5. Warranty Shipping
Products repaired, altered, or replaced under warranty are shipped at the manufacturer’s expense (Pacific Ears / ACS Custom).
For change-of-mind returns (where eligible under our Refund Policy), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
